She is based in Canary Wharf and has coached a variety of clients in the banking sector and within professional services industries. She uses transactional analysis to guide her coaching and has strong experience working with entrepreneurial people who are self-employed and those who work in large organisations. Lindsay is a qualified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with academic foundations in both Economics (BEconSc) and an MSc in Cognitive Science from Edinburgh University. Lindsay has spent 12 years in business and management consulting, working with blue chip companies both in South Africa, and in the UK. Clients have included IBM, GSK, DHL, Deutsche Bank and BT.
Working in business strategy and planning, future scenario building, and with organisational culture & climate studies, Lindsay has gained a deep appreciation of the dynamics of personal and organisational change. Her experience working in these key areas of business decision-making has provided a unique insight into how people and companies make decisions, build commitment and achieve success. All this is an excellent foundation for her work as a personal coach.
Lindsay is driven by the extraordinary satisfaction gained from encouraging and supporting others as they leap into the unknown – and then watching them grow, discover their true selves and begin living a more fulfilling and abundant life. Outside of running her own company, Lindsay enjoys running, yoga and golf (occasionally!). She is fascinated by the human mind, and as a cognitive scientist is compelled to learn and explore how our knowledge of the mind, and how it works, can help us in learning even more effective ways of living and being.
