What People Say About the Coaching
I think coaching is invaluable for those of us with careers, houses, a family (where ever they are), busy social life and particularly those with other halves and kiddy winkles - and those of us who wished we had time to go to the gym and walked the dog a little more often! Since working with Suzanne, I am more organised, getting more done and I have been less stressed. My To Do list has shrunk and I have targeted tasks.
Charlotte Egerton, Surveyor, Savills
The coaching has shown me the benefit of preparing agendas, giving feedback on meetings/activities and building other relationships that support my relationships with others. I have also found it invaluable as I take on more of a leadership role with my own team. Suzanne has worked with me to question my instinctive reaction to immerse myself fully into a project and to give equal energy to all of my projects. I feel that I have the confidence now to step back and assess a situation before committing precious time and energy. This reduces the scattergun approach which can lead frustrations in any job. I have learned some valuable lessons and I am keen to continue on this path. I am also keen to apply this learning to developing my team and by encouraging them to think about the best use of their time as well as optimizing communication – particularly in geographically diverse teams. I would highly recommend this process.
Sophie Belcher, VP Marketing, Intralinks
I have been very impressed by Suzanne's coaching skills and I have found the coaching sessions with her to be invaluable. Each session left me feeling energised and buzzing with new ideas. Suzanne has a great ability to make people reflect on what they say and want and this helped me to understand myself better and to identify what I am looking for in my next job.
Dr. Sophie Messager, Pharmaceuticals Professional
The greatest benefit to come out of my coaching relationship with Suzanne is the marked increase in my self-confidence – including a renewed faith in my own intuition and a healthy pride in my experience and accomplishments. Several members of the Senior Management team have commented on my improved focus and more effective communication style.
Amy Cox, President of Human Resources – Europe, ITG
Suzanne coached me on a self-image and self-confidence issue. Her understanding, intelligence and inspired listening meant that I got a much better handle on these issues than before. I have made important changes in how I perceive myself and I can allow myself to be much more effective.

What People Say About the Workshops
Suzanne Doyle-Morris has been a speaker and facilitator at a number of my events. She is a pleasure to work with, takes great care to find out what you need and brings real added value to the events. Feedback from the audience is always very positive. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion for what she does is infectious and I would highly recommend Suzanne as a speaker or facilitator. Jackie Brennan, Director, www.FreshIdeasEvents.com I routinely use Dr. Suzanne Doyle-Morris for facilitating events at several internal women's networks within the University of Cambridge. She is a very popular presenter and the audiences she attracts are among the largest we get for any of our events. Women who have attended these events describe Suzanne's style as helpful, positive, practical and constructive with a good balance between being informative and being entertaining. They appreciate the way she encourages participation and sharing of personal experience. The women respond well to the action points she challenges them to take away, using the word "epiphany" to describe her presentations. I would recommend her highly to others looking for engaging presenters for their events
Dr. Esther Haines, Equality and Diversity Office, University of Cambridge
Suzanne is a natural! She has run coaching sessions for Posit+ve Energy; the first independent worldwide network for women working in the energy industry, which were very well received and enjoyed by our members. Suzanne is a great communicator and connects with the audience delivering interesting and insightful hints and tips with humour and intelligence. Suzanne fully understands the challenges of working in a male dominated environment and has helped our members to reflect on their own personal challenges and work more effectively. I very much look forward to working with Suzanne in the future and would recommend her to other organisations.
Zoe Ingle, Director, Positive Energy Network
Suzanne runs courses for womenintechnology which are well-received by our members. Her approach is a collaborative mix of coaching and practical advice on a range of topics from "Work-life Balance" to "Achieving as Woman in I.T". She keeps me in the loop regarding industry news and is both personable and professional. I recommend her to other organisations I know would benefit from her training services.
Maggie Berry, Director, WomeninTechnology.co.uk
As a new leader in an IT company I had to get to grips with leadership skills quickly and this one day seminar was an excellent boot-camp, with practical suggestions about how to handle the responsibility.
Katie Lucas, Information Architect, RealVNC Inc.
Since the workshop I have increased in confidence and have realised that we have to take our own development into our own hands – nobody else will do it for you.
Julia Enning, Commercial Account Manager, Marshall Aerospace
Having studied success, going on Doyle Morris' course was some of the best teaching I have ever come across.
Dr. Susie Fletcher, Suffolk Country Council
Suzanne's course provides positive methods and valuable techniques to harness the many scientific skills already practised in order to achieve new career objectives as a Woman in SET.
Dr. Jenny Brookman, Chair, Cambridge Association for Women in Science and Engineering
Suzanne’s course was very valuable; I particularly welcomed the opportunity for guided self-reflection and sharing ideas with other attendees facing similar challenges. As a result of the course, I have started to adapt my day to day management style
Dr. Tanya Morton, Application Engineering Manager, Mathworks
Attending Suzanne's workshop has improved my confidence and I have already noticed important changes.
Kat Graham, Commercial Account Manager, Marshall Aerospace
Thank you very much for a hugely interesting day. I cannot remember the last time I have taken a course that gave me so many insights into my own character and motivations and offered so much practical advice for raising my profile and getting on.
Steve Warner, IT Support, Suffolk County Council
It is rare that I get the opportunity to undertake personal development along with other women from a SET background and it was not only a learning experience but great fun to do the workshop together. We came from a range of industries and working environments, and it was fascinating to see what we could learn from a diverse range of management experiences. Suzanne was very effective and made sure everyone had a chance to contribute while keeping the flow going. The practical content fitted well with some of the more theoretical seminars on people management that I have taken this year. Taking this course was a good investment in myself. I want to thank you for once again creating a stimulating atmosphere in which to think through various issues in last week's workshop.
The small groups and the chance to share experience in an open and trusting environment make it easy to work out where I stand in terms of people management experience. I don't think I would have had the self-confidence or self-belief to do this a year back- and I think that your workshops have helped me to take control of what I want out of life. Thank you for providing a great learning environment and contributing to my self-development.
Dr. Liz Kamei, Consultant
The course was very relevant to me as I am looking to move from being a desk-based software engineer to becoming a client-facing consultant with sales responsibility. As such, I would recommend this course to anyone thinking of progressing into a customer-facing or sales role. I learnt key skills, such as Deep Listening and learning to take responsibility for my client relationships, and felt that the presenters cultivated a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, in which the quietest people felt confident enough to contribute to the discussions and tasks.
