MasterMinds are ideal for creating a networks of individuals who committed to a dynamic way of learning from their actions - by taking time to question, reflect, accept challenges, gain insights and plan how to act differently in the future. A MasterMind is made up of no more than 5 people who meet together for half-a-day on a monthly basis and commit to working rigorously to give each member time and space for questioning, reflection and action planning.
Initially, the MasterMinds are facilitated by a qualified Doyle Morris Coaching and Development Coach in order that the members are taught the coaching skills necessary to move the MasterMind towards a level of individual and group pro-activity for the benefit of themselves and the sponsoring organisation. The facilitator has experience of managing group processes and ensures good questions are asked and that action is agreed. In time, MasterMinds are self-sustaining and help sustain the development needs of any given individual.
